- I have been using a 2400 internal modem that came with my computer.
- I have used Procomm with that modem with no problems. I recently
- purchased a BOCA 14.4 internal modem. The BOCA modem works fine with
- Windows 3.1, but not with Procomm. When I try to dial out in Procomm
- I hear a dial tone, but Procomm does not register it. After a few
- moments Procomm prints, "NO DIAL TONE." While in the background I
- hear, "IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A CALL, PLEASE HANG UP..."
- I have removed and reinstalled both the modem and the modem soft-
- ware repeatedly, but to no avail. Am I missing something really
- simple here? I've been pulling my hair out, the last 2 days. An
- Any help would be appreciated.
